Thank you for shopping at Renata Rimke. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- We do not accept returns on custom-made or personalised items, unless they are faulty.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@renatarimke.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
- If you need a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
