- Non-Refundable: Made to measure clothes are custom-tailored to fit your specific measurements and preferences. Due to this bespoke nature, we cannot offer refunds for these items. The link to the government page is there.
- Quality Assurance: While returns are not accepted, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you find any manufacturing defects or issues related to craftsmanship, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will address the concern.
- Alterations: If there are minor fit issues with your made to measure garment, we offer alteration services. Please reach out to our team within 10 days of receiving your order to discuss potential alterations.
